FAQ

Where are your items shipped from?

Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia. Some made-to-order products are shipped from the vendors at different locations.

How long does it take to receive my order?

​

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items.

My payment account was charged, but I don't think my order went through. What should I do?

 

Please contact us as soon as possible and include: the email address used to place the order, order date and time, order value, and payment method. We'll be able to resolve the issue once we have this info.

How do I return an item?
 

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the day you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Final sale, Archive and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. We hold final discretion to accept any return requests.

I just received my order and some items are incorrect / defective. What should I do?

Please contact us if you received anything incorrect or defective as soon as possible (or within 7 days from the date you received your order).

Are your products authentic?

All of our products are 100% authentic.

Will I be charged any additional fees?

​

We'll only charge the total amount shown in your bag. However, keep in mind that there may be foreign transaction fees depending on your bank's policies. Make sure to check your bank's transaction fee policies as you'll be responsible for these fees.

How do I find out about your promotions?

You can find all details on our upcoming promotions by subscribing to our newsletter, or following our social channels.

How will my order be shipped?
 

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:
Worldwide: FedEx, DHL
Malaysia: J&T Express, Poslaju
China: DHL, SF Express
Hong Kong SAR: Local Express Courier, SF Express
Macau SAR: SF Express
Japan: FedEx, Sagawa, Yamato
Korea: FedEx, Lotte
Singapore: FedEx, Crane

My order has already been shipped but I no longer want it. What should I do?

 

IIf you no longer want your order and your order is eligible for return, you're welcome to return your item to us. If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, or do not pick up the order at our physical store, all associated duty/tax fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Final sale, Archive and made-to-order products are non-refundable.
